Having a problem? Send us the product debug log

If you’re having an issue with a RadBlue product, select File > Export Debug, or click the Export Debug button (located on the debug log screen) to create a debug.zip file containing all of the information that we need to troubleshoot your issue. Send this debug.zip file to us (support@radblue.com) along with a description of what you were trying to do and what happened, so we can start working on your issue right away.
